Seguin Texas is known to be one of the oldest settlements in Texas, our building has seen most of it’s rich history. From farm, mill, hardware store, office space, wedding venue, then home to the local pigeons. This building needed a revival, we saw its potential of it’s rich history and wanted to share the space with others.
